      All points purchased are valid for 180 days from date of purchase.

      • Payments are accepted in Japanese Yen (¥JPY), and US Dollars ($USD)

    6. Refund Policy

      Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

      • Purchased points were paid for and not credited into your account
      • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally
      • Fraudulent transactions and/or misuse of credit card

      Refunds will not be issued if:

      • Part of the service has already been delivered and/or completed

      All points purchased are final and non-refundable with the only exceptions stated above.
      Eligible refunds are only applicable to purchased points. All bonus points are non-refundable.
      To request a refund, email contact@coregamerboost.com with your Order ID and reason for the request.

    7. Account Access

      For account boosting or similar services, you agree to:

      • Grant temporary access to your game account, if required
      • Avoid logging into the account while service is ongoing, unless instructed otherwise

      • All trademarks, game names, and associated content remain the property of their respective owners

    9. Limitation of Liability

      To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATRIX TECH LIMITED shall not be held liable for:

      • Indirect or consequential losses
      • Account penalties or bans imposed by the game provider
      • Loss of data or progress during service delivery

    10. Termination of Service

      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.
