    1. Service Start Time

      At MATRIX TECH LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality services.

    2. Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe

      Typical delivery timeframes by service type:

      • Boosting Services: Typically completed within 1–3 business days.
      • Coaching Sessions: Scheduled within 24–48 hours.
      • Delivery time may vary depending on service complexity and current demand.
    3. Coaching Session Utilization

      • Scheduling & Validity: Coaching sessions are generally arranged within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation and once the player's preferences are received. Sessions must be redeemed within 30 days from the payment date.
      • Session Expiry: Any coaching session that has not been used within the 30-day period will automatically expire and will be treated as forfeited.
      • Service Conditions: Coaching services are provided as a single-use service. Once the validity period has passed, sessions cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded.
      • Session Duration: Each coaching package includes at least one (1) hour of dedicated one-on-one coaching. Any additional time must be purchased separately.
      • Coach Availability: Session scheduling depends on the availability of the assigned coach. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time where possible.
    4. Notes

      • Actual delivery times may vary depending on service complexity.
      • All services are delivered digitally.
      • Customers will be informed of progress and completion.

    7. Delivery Delays

      MATRIX TECH LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by:

      • Incorrect account information provided by the customer
      • Game server maintenance or outages
      • Unforeseen technical circumstances
    8. Service Completion

      • Email notification upon completion
      • Direct message confirmation
